Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a high-energy sales professional for a fully remote role supporting a Denver territory. You will prospect, present and close Paylocity’s cloud-based HR and payroll solutions to mid-market clients, developing new relationships and expanding the footprint within existing accounts.

As part of a fast-paced, quota-driven team, you will manage the full sales cycle, collaborate with internal teams for smooth deployments, and leverage a consultative approach to win opportunities

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a sales position.
• Ability to succeed in a competitive environment.
• Proven track record of sales success.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and the Internet.

Responsibilities

• Generate net-new business opportunities by leveraging the company’s expertise and industry profile.
• Schedule and present Paylocity services to prospective clients.
• Prepare and present proposals and provide follow-up throughout the sales process.
• Organize and obtain documentation for clients to move to Paylocity system.
• Work with internal departments to ensure a smooth transition for the client.
• Develop prospects through telemarketing, referrals, and professional/personal networks.
• Build and maintain relationships within broker channels and other referrals.
• Maintain contact with existing customers to identify needs for additional services.
• Attend trade shows and conferences to promote Paylocity services.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas for your territory.
• Other duties as assigned.
