Job summary

Paylocity, a leading cloud-based HR and payroll software provider, is seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing professional. This fully remote role supports the U.S.

market, focusing on medium-sized businesses within a Colorado territory, with a strong emphasis on generating new business and closing deals. The position reports to the Director of Sales and requires 3–5 years of sales experience, excellent presentation and communication skills, and a proven sales track record.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent; college degree strongly desired.
• 3-5 years’ experience in a sales position.
• Ability to succeed in a competitive environment.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proven track record of sales success.

Responsibilities

• Generate net-new business opportunities and close new and expanded sales agreements.
• Schedule and present Paylocity services to prospective clients.
• Prepare and present proposals and provide follow-up throughout the sales process.
• Organize documentation for clients to move to Paylocity system.
• Build and maintain relationships within the Broker channel and other referrals.
