Paylocity is seeking a dynamic HCM Account Executive to prospect and close new business opportunities within the U.S. market. This fully remote role targets mid-sized businesses and requires a hunter mindset with consultative selling skills.

You will build relationships, present tailored Paylocity solutions, and work with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding and expansion process.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience in a quota-driven environment.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage high activity levels and handle objections.

Responsibilities
