Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required; college degree strongly desired.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales in a competitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate net‑new business opportunities and convert prospects into paying clients.
• Schedule and present Paylocity services to prospective clients.
• Prepare proposals and coordinate follow‑ups throughout the sales cycle.
