Paylocity is seeking a results-driven sales professional to prospect, develop, and close new and expanded agreements with mid-market clients (49-499 employees). • 3-5 years in a sales role or equivalent.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
• Ability to balance multiple opportunities and manage a fast-paced sales cycle.
• Strong presentation and proposal skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate net-new business opportunities within a Minneapolis territory.
• Schedule and present Paylocity services to prospective clients.
• Prepare and present proposals and follow up through the sales cycle.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client transitions to Paylocity.
