Job summary

Nex is seeking a Recruiter (GTM & Tech) to support the growth of our US teams. In this role you’ll partner with hiring managers to drive hiring across GTM and Tech, owning end-to-end recruiting from sourcing to close.

You’ll build talent pipelines, apply sourcing strategies, and contribute to improving recruitment processes while ensuring a positive candidate experience. This remote role follows PST hours with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house experience strongly preferred).
• Direct experience in technology, gaming, entertainment or consumer electronics industries desirable.
• Experienced in candidate negotiation and managing recruiting processes to support offers.
• Comfortable managing high volumes of requisitions with attention to detail.
• Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in ATS (Greenhouse).
• Strong advocate for candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruiting for business, design & engineering teams from sourcing to close.
• Closely partner with hiring managers and leadership by advising on market trends, candidate profiles, and recruiting processes that align with business goals
• Conduct talent market research to provide hiring strategies, compensation benchmarking, and talent attraction initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong, scalable talent pipelines across business functions, including niche or emerging roles via LinkedIn, social media, referrals, events, and networks.
• Support intern and campus recruitment, including campus programs and university partnerships.
• Support process improvements and tools to enhance candidate engagement and recruiting efficiency.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics and act as a brand ambassador at events, elevating Nex’s talent brand and recruitment journey.
