Fingerprint is a globally dispersed, 100% remote company seeking a Senior Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for GTM and Technical roles. You will partner with hiring managers and leadership to build teams during a critical growth phase.

You'll source and manage pipelines using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Gem, while driving metrics, candidate experience, and an inclusive hiring strategy across the US. Salaries range from $118,000 to $160,000 depending on location and experience.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across technical and GTM roles.
• Proven ability to own high-volume requisitions with quality.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Reddit, job boards and networks.
• Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline across multiple roles.
• Partner with hiring managers on role requirements and market insights.
• Use Greenhouse to track progress and schedule interviews.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and candidate experience.
