Qualifications

• Full-cycle GTM recruiting experience in global software or similar tech companies, hiring for roles like: account executives (new business and strategic).

Responsibilities

• In this role you’ll be a strategic talent advisor to GTM and Sales hiring managers, using external talent insights and internal data.
• Own end-to-end GTM searches, sourcing and hiring qualified talent.
• Guide interview practices, build structured plans and panels, and align criteria with hiring teams.
• Develop trusted relationships with GTM hiring managers, HRBPs, and cross-functional partners.
• Leverage AI and tools to stay current with recruiting best practices and sourcing techniques.
• Deliver a positive candidate journey with consistent, values-aligned communication.
• Communicate and negotiate offers including equity, using data to drive decisions.
