Owner.com is seeking a Talent Partner, GTM Sales to own front-end recruiting for BDRs and SDRs in a remote-first setup. You will build and execute high-volume sourcing strategies, screen candidates, and partner with sales leaders to set expectations and standards.

The role emphasizes fast, respectful candidate experiences, reporting on recruiting metrics, and driving early-career programs in a globally distributed team. The base is CAD with equity consideration.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recruiting experience across full-cycle or sourcing.
• Experience handling a heavy screen load without pipelines or ATS data falling apart.
• Excellent written communication and the ability to engage senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle entry-level sales hiring: Run BDR and SDR searches from kickoff through offer.
• Drive outbound sourcing: Build top-of-funnel pipeline via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, direct outreach.
• Open early-career channels: develop university programs, sales bootcamps, alumni networks, and referral loops.
• Partner with sales leaders: define profiles, calibrate the bar, and reset expectations when needed.
• Own the candidate experience: provide a fast, clear, respectful process for all candidates.
• Track and report metrics: monitor velocity, conversion, and time-to-fill; identify successful sources.
• Keep the system accurate for funnel reporting.
