Mercor is hiring a GTM Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for Revenue teams across Sales, Partnerships/BD, and Growth. You will translate revenue targets into hiring plans, and build the playbook for GTM hiring from the ground up.

You will partner with leadership to understand role requirements, run structured interviews, and optimize hiring funnels. This role demands a high-velocity, data-driven approach in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles (AE, Data Acquisition, Growth).
• Ability to build and scale hiring systems with data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication with GTM leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Experience recruiting for AI, SaaS or enterprise software is a plus.
• Familiarity with recruiting tools and managing high-growth hiring.
• Comfort representing Mercor brand to top candidates.

Responsabilités

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Mercor's GTM org: Sales, Partnerships/BD, Growth.
• Assess GTM role requirements: quota attainment, deal-cycle, territory fluency.
• Build top-of-funnel via outbound, talent intel, and product-enabled screens.
• Coach hiring managers on structured interviewing and decision hygiene.
• Operationalize hiring systems and track funnel metrics by role.
• Drive speed and quality with fast decisions, offers, and candidate experience.
