Job summary

Writer is seeking a go-to-market sales recruiter to scale our GTM efforts. You will source, screen, and hire executive-level enterprise GTM talent who align with our values and growth objectives.

This 6-month contract role offers a hybrid/remote setup with offices in San Francisco or New York City, reporting to the VP of Talent. You’ll drive recruiting velocity across a growing sales organization and partner with hiring managers to hard-code high-quality hires.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment (Go-to-Market focus).
• Strong sourcing skills using various tools and techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; stakeholder rapport.
• Great time management and organizational skills; multitasking.
• Data-driven with ability to analyze recruitment metrics.
• Collaborative team player with stakeholder relationship skills.
• Experience in SaaS; enthusiasm for AI and future of work.
• Supports WRITER values: connect, challenge, own outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and hire exceptional GTM candidates aligned with company values.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and build sourcing strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from posting to offer.
• Drive time-to-fill and quality of hire using recruitment metrics.
• Contribute to employer branding on social media and job boards.
• Support a 6-month contract with potential hybrid/remote setup; report to VP, Talent.
• Build a steady pipeline; engage passive candidates via LinkedIn and networks.
