Qualifications

• 5–9 years in Business Systems, CRM Operations, or RevOps roles.
• Hands-on Salesforce design, build, and maintenance.
• Experience with GTM application stack connected to the CRM.
• AI fluency: using AI tools in day-to-day work.
• Strong English communication with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary GTM Systems partner for Europe, turning business priorities into clear, scoped requirements.
• Design and build scalable Salesforce and GTM stack solutions to improve pipeline and quote-to-contract speed.
• Prioritize requests and distinguish system issues from process/training needs.
• Maintain Salesforce health by reducing technical debt and ensuring data quality and access controls.
• Identify AI opportunities to automate GTM workflows and drive efficiency.
• Collaborate with the global GTM Systems team on cross-regional initiatives.
• Support Dandy's expansion as new markets launch.
• Own end-to-end delivery for your region from build to post-launch.
