Job summary

Dandy is transforming the dental industry with a modern operating system for dental offices. We are hiring a GTM Systems Lead to join our rapidly growing, venture-backed company and own Salesforce and the broader GTM stack across Europe.

You’ll partner with Revenue Operations and go-to-market teams to turn business priorities into scalable systems, push back on misaligned requests, and help shape how we bring AI into GTM workflows while expanding into new markets.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years in Business Systems, CRM Operations, Sales Operations or RevOps Systems roles.
• Deep, hands-on Salesforce experience; you can design, build and maintain complex configuration on your own.
• Experience administering the broader GTM application stack that connects to the CRM.
• Strong understanding of GTM processes, such as lead management and routing, opportunity management, quoting and approvals, and forecasting.
• A track record of owning systems end to end in-house at a B2B or SaaS company, with business outcomes you can point to.
• AI fluency: you use AI tools in your day-to-day work and have a clear point of view on where AI can (and can't) improve GTM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary GTM Systems partner for Revenue Operations and go-to-market teams across Europe, turning business priorities into clear, well-scoped requirements.
• Design and build scalable solutions in Salesforce and across our GTM stack that improve pipeline generation, sales productivity and quote-to-contract speed.
• Triage and prioritize incoming requests, separating system issues from process and training issues, and push back when something isn't the right priority.
• Keep our Salesforce org healthy as we scale by reducing technical debt and strengthening data quality and access controls.
• Identify where AI can improve GTM workflows, and help build and scale AI-powered automation that takes manual, repetitive work off our teams.
• Partner with the global GTM Systems team on cross-regional initiatives and shared standards.
