Job summary

Dandy, a venture-backed company transforming the dental industry, is hiring a Business Systems Lead to own Salesforce and the GTM stack for Europe. You will partner with Revenue Operations and GTM teams to translate business priorities into well‑defined system requirements and drive measurable results across pipeline, quoting, and data quality.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, shape AI integrations in GTM workflows, and collaborate with a global team to support new markets.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years in Business Systems, CRM Operations, Sales Operations or RevOps Systems roles.
• Deep Salesforce experience with end-to-end configuration.
• Experience administering the broader GTM application stack.
• Strong understanding of GTM processes (lead routing, opportunity mgmt, quoting, approvals, forecasting).
• Track record of owning systems end-to-end in-house at a B2B or SaaS company, with measurable outcomes.
• AI fluency and ability to build AI-powered automations is a strong plus.
• Strong judgment and ability to push back on stakeholders while maintaining relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication with global teams.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity with ownership orientation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary GTM Systems partner for Revenue Operations and go‑to‑market teams across Europe, turning business priorities into clear, well‑scoped requirements.
• Design and build scalable solutions in Salesforce and across our GTM stack that improve pipeline generation, sales productivity and quote‑to‑contract speed.
• Triage and prioritize incoming requests, separating system issues from process and training issues, and push back when something isn't the right priority.
• Keep our Salesforce org healthy as we scale by reducing technical debt and strengthening data quality and access controls.
• Identify where AI can improve GTM workflows, and help build and scale AI‑powered automation that takes manual, repetitive work off our teams.
• Partner with the global GTM Systems team on cross‑regional initiatives and shared standards.
• Support Dandy's global expansion as we launch new markets.
• Own delivery end to end for your region, from build through testing, release and post‑launch follow‑through.
