Job summary

PSI Services in the United States is seeking a Senior Director of Strategy & Execution to own go-to-market strategy and governance. You will translate corporate objectives into prioritized roadmaps across direct, channel, and partner motions and lead the channel, alliances, and partner marketing function.

As a member of the leadership team, you will drive long-range planning, growth bets, and cross-functional execution, partnering with product, marketing, and revenue operations to scale growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive experience across strategy, go-to-market, or commercial roles, including senior leadership.
• Proven track record designing and running strategic planning cycles, operating cadences, and governance.
• Experience in channel, alliances, or partner marketing, including co-marketing with partners.
• Excellent executive communication, facilitation, and influencing skills at the C-suite level.

Responsibilities

• Own the go-to-market strategy across all motions and routes to market, translating objectives into roadmaps.
• Lead the strategic planning cycle for the commercial organization with aligned priorities and investments.
• Provide strategic counsel to senior commercial leadership; surface trade-offs and ensure coherence across regions.
• Own the long-range plan, growth narrative, and investment cases for growth bets.
• Develop market opportunities and routes to market in partnership with Product and leadership.
• Design and run operating cadences, KPIs, milestones, and governance for initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional programs end-to-end and stand up Strategy Enablement/PMO where needed.
• Lead channel and partner marketing strategies and partner enablement across regions.
