Job summary

Affirm is a remote-first company reinventing credit to offer transparent, flexible buy-now-pay-later options. The Revenue Team drives top-line growth through strategic partnerships, pricing, and go-to-market execution, aligning Product, Pricing, PMM, and Legal to design rollout groups and enable the field—CSMs, AEs, and TAMs—with practical processes.

You will own the GTM for a product line end-to-end, turning cross-functional inputs into a field-ready plan, tracking adoption, and turning data

Qualifications

• 6+ years of GTM strategy or revenue operations experience.
• Proven track record owning go-to-market end-to-end.
• Familiarity with merchant, payments, or fintech ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM for a product line end-to-end — rollout design, enablement, and adoption targets.
• Turn inputs from Product, Pricing, and PMM into a coherent GTM strategy and track adoption.
• Fluently navigate exec perspectives, customer value, and reps' reasons to believe.
• Build and maintain materials, processes, and playbooks the field needs.
• Sit close to the field and translate feedback into recommendations for Product Marketing.
• Analyze performance data to identify launch stalls and flag risks early.
