Job summary

Owner is seeking a Sales Recruiter to own full-cycle entry-level sales hiring for BDR/XDR/SDR roles. You’ll run high-volume searches, screen candidates, and drive the candidate experience across the Toronto market with a remote-first approach.

You’ll partner with sales leaders to define profiles, build pipelines on LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and direct outreach, while maintaining fair and efficient processes for candidates who may not receive an offer.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recruiting experience across full-cycle or sourcing.
• Comfort with high-volume screening and ATS data integrity.
• Strong judgment evaluating candidates without performance history.
• Excellent written communication and outreach for a sales organization.
• Experience with Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Based in the Greater Toronto Area.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle entry-level sales hiring for BDR, XDR, SDR.
• Drive outbound sourcing and build top-of-funnel pipeline in the Toronto market.
• Develop university programs and referral networks.
• Partner with sales leaders to calibrate profiles and expectations.
• Own candidate experience and timely feedback.
• Track metrics and funnel health.
• Keep Ashby updated for accurate reporting.
