Job summary

Owner is seeking a Talent Partner, GTM Sales, to own front-end hiring for BDRs and SDRs in a remote role. You will build pipeline, run high-volume searches, and partner with sales leadership to set hiring bars.

The position is fully remote and can be based in the Greater Toronto Area, with occasional in-person events. You will drive sourcing strategies, develop university programs, and manage candidate experience across the process from kickoff to offer.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recruiting experience across full-cycle or sourcing.
• Comfort operating at volume with heavy screen load.
• Excellent written communication representing the sales organization.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle entry-level sales hiring: run BDR/ SDR searches from kickoff to offer.
• Drive outbound sourcing: build top-of-funnel pipeline via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, direct outreach.
• Open early-career channels: develop university programs and alumni networks for talent.
