Job summary

ZoomInfo is seeking a Program Manager for our GTM Programs team to drive strategic initiatives that support the CRO’s revenue priorities and operational excellence.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, translate executive priorities into structured plans, and manage a cross-functional portfolio across Sales, Marketing, CS, RevOps, and GTM Tech. Strong focus on data-driven decisions and AI-enabled tooling enables smarter, faster execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program/project management experience.
• Proven cross-functional program ownership with executive visibility.
• Strong business acumen linking execution to revenue/GTM strategy.
• Excellent risk identification and escalation judgment.
• Clear written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.
• Proven change management and adoption across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Highly organized and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent with AI-enabled productivity/automation tools.
• Growth-oriented and quick to adopt new tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of GTM programs tied to CRO and leadership priorities.
• Translate executive priorities into structured plans, roadmaps and success metrics.
• Independently manage a portfolio of cross-functional programs across Sales, Marketing, CS, RevOps, and GTM Tech.
• Identify, quantify, mitigate program risks & dependencies; present options to leadership.
• Lead change management for new processes/tools and drive adoption across GTM teams.
• Run executive reviews, steering committees, and cross-functional working sessions.
• Serve as advisor to functional leaders linking program work to broader GTM strategy.
• Leverage AI-driven automation to reduce manual PM overhead and boost strategic work.
• Use Salesforce/Smartsheet/BI to monitor health and surface insights.
