Job summary

Keeper Security is hiring a strategic and execution-oriented Senior Manager, GTM Business Planning to lead go-to-market planning and operational execution across the revenue organization. This role will drive annual and quarterly planning, forecasting, performance management, and cross-functional alignment to support scalable growth.

This is a 100% remote position with an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for candidates near our global headquarters in Chicago.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Go-to-Market Strategy, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience leading strategic planning or revenue operations initiatives in a SaaS or technology organization.
• Experience managing and developing teams, with the ability to lead

Responsibilities

• Run annual and quarterly GTM planning cycles, including bookings targets and hiring models
• Establish quota methodology, territory frameworks, and in-year changes for hires/transfers
• Deploy territories and quotas in Salesforce in partnership with Territory & Account Operations
• Lead the go-to-market operating cadence with business reviews, forecasting and reporting
• Develop executive dashboards and reporting to provide visibility into bookings, productivity and pipeline health
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance to improve renewals, expansion and revenue reporting processes
• Lead headcount planning, organizational design and capacity modeling across the GTM organization
• Drive the roadmap for planning tools and automate manual planning processes
