Job summary

Keeper Security is seeking a strategic Senior Manager, GTM Business Planning to lead go-to-market planning and execution across the revenue organization. You will drive annual and quarterly planning, forecasting, and cross-functional alignment to enable scalable growth for a fast‑growing cybersecurity company.

As a senior leader, you will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and People Ops to design plans, dashboards, and performance reviews, while building a data-driven culture that delivers

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Go-to-Market Strategy or Revenue Operations experience
• Experience leading strategic planning in a SaaS/tech organization
• Strong analytical skills with ability to build executive dashboards and translate data into actions

Responsibilities

• Lead annual and quarterly GTM planning cycles end to end.
• Develop equitable quota methodology and territory frameworks.
• Deploy territories and quotas in Salesforce with cross-functional partners.
• Establish and manage the GTM operating cadence with business reviews and forecasting.
• Build revenue forecasts with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance leaders.
