Job summary

Fleetio is seeking a versatile Manager of Revenue Operations to be the backbone for GTM functions such as SDRs, Solutions Consulting, and Partnerships. This net-new, individual-contributor role will build the operating rhythm, reporting, and processes these teams need as they scale.

You will partner with GTM leaders to own reporting, pipeline metrics, and deal coverage, and to design scalable workflows. Leveraging AI and automation, you’ll surface insights faster and reduce manual work while

Qualifications

• Experience building reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
• Ability to turn data into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience supporting SDR, Solutions Consulting, and/or Partnerships teams.

Responsibilities

• Build operating rhythm, reporting, and processes for GTM functions as they scale.
• Serve as Revenue Operations point of contact for SDR, Solutions Consulting, and Partnerships leadership; own reporting and process design.
• Track and report on SDR activity, pipeline, and partner-sourced/influenced revenue; report win rates and deal coverage.
• Design and improve workflows, tools, and processes from lead routing to deal registration to scale with minimal overhead.
• Prioritize and sequence work across GTM functions; partner with GTM systems team to improve tech stack.
• Leverage AI and automation to accelerate reporting and surface insights.
