Ladders is seeking a GTM Learning Platforms Manager to lead the strategy and administration of our learning systems that support go-to-market enablement across the organization. This role collaborates with Enablement, IT, HR, and Revenue Operations to improve delivery, tracking, and measurement of training content.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience managing LMS/CMS or sales enablement platforms.
• Strong grasp of learning technology and adult learning principles.
• Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and modern sales enablement tools.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Looker.
• Experience with system integrations and project management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement learning systems strategy aligned with GTM enablement priorities
• Administer and optimize learning and enablement platforms, including configurations and workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to curate and enhance learning pathways and training programs
• Define and monitor KPIs for learning adoption and content effectiveness
• Manage vendor relationships and liaison between Enablement, IT, HR, and Revenue Operations
