Job summary

Juniper Square is seeking a builder to shape how our go-to-market teams learn, ramp, and improve. You’ll own GTM enablement inside Revenue Operations, translating product, pricing, and market shifts into onboarding, content, and certification programs.

You’ll partner with Product Marketing, Product, and Sales to ensure programs meet real-world needs. You’ll design onboarding/ramp programs for new sellers, drive certification, and build insights-driven learning experiences with the LMS and

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Revenue Operations and 3+ years in Sales Enablement
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or complex B2B enterprise sales motions
• Ability to translate large volumes of complex information into clear, actionable content
• Experience designing and running enablement, onboarding or certification programs for a GTM team
• Proven project management and organizational skills with multiple stakeholders
• Outstanding written and verbal communication with clarity and concision
• Proficiency in Salesforce to build reports and dashboards and interpret data
• Strong analytical skills with data/reporting tools (Tableau/Looker/Excel)
• Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing
• Learning mindset, curious, proactive, and able to understand new subjects deeply
• Experience using AI tools to orchestrate multi-step workflows without code
• Preferred: GTM tooling like Gong/Outreach/Apollo/Clay or LMS
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in related fields

Responsibilities

• Own GTM enablement, onboarding, training, and continuous learning
• Design onboarding and ramp programs targeting time-to-productivity benchmarks
• Audit rep readiness and drive certification completion with GTM/RevOps
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Product to translate updates into trainings
• Curate training content with SMEs and convert complex inputs into engaging learning
• Build and maintain learning systems including LMS and content hubs
• Develop dashboards connecting enablement activity to GTM performance
• Support frontline coaching with insights from call libraries
• Manage and update enablement resources and content
• Report enablement impact to leadership in measurable terms
• Identify knowledge gaps and launch targeted learning programs
• Take on RevOps projects while prioritizing enablement
