Job summary

Zscaler is seeking a GTM Learning Platforms Manager to oversee the learning technology strategy that aligns with GTM enablement goals across Sales, Customer Success, and revenue teams. This role offers hybrid or remote work structures and reports to the Senior Director of GTM Enablement within Revenue Enablement.

The ideal candidate will drive adoption, governance, and scalable enablement through strong platform administration and analytics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing LMS, CMS, or Sales Enablement platforms, preferably in SaaS or GTM

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement learning systems strategy and governance
• Administer learning platforms, manage configurations, workflows and integrations
• Collaborate with GTM Enablement, Sales, Customer Success and Marketing to optimize learning pathways
• Define and track KPIs for adoption and content effectiveness using analytics
• Manage relationships with LMS, CMS, and Sales Enablement vendors and coordinate with IT, HR, and Revenue Ops
