Job summary

Beltic is looking for a high-impact GTM / sales leader to own the end-to-end sales pipeline, from sourcing to closing, with a focus on technical buyers in security and infrastructure. You will regularly engage engineering and security leaders in direct conversations, translating early discussions into compelling positioning, pricing, and messaging for the team.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of closing deals you sourced yourself
• Comfortable in technical conversations with engineers and security leaders
• Clear, direct written communication; async-first culture
• Experience selling technical, infrastructure, or security products to engineering and security buyers
• Able to operate without a predefined playbook as the first GTM hire

Responsibilities

• Own pipeline end to end: sourcing, qualifying, running the sales cycle, and closing
• Talk to engineering and security leaders directly; you are comfortable in a technical conversation
• Turn early customer conversations into positioning, pricing, and messaging for the company
• Build the first version of our GTM motion: channels, sequencing, handoff to support
• Experience selling technical, infrastructure, or security products to engineering and security buyers
• A track record of closing deals you sourced yourself, not just inbound
• Operate without a playbook as the first GTM hire, shaping the process as we grow
• Communicate clearly in writing; prefer asynchronous collaboration
• Sell to platform, fraud, risk, or identity teams before
• Experience at an early-stage company selling a genuinely new category
• Technical ability to read API docs and demo the product
