Job summary

Nelnet is seeking a experienced GTM Launch Manager to plan, coordinate and execute launch strategies for new products and initiatives. This remote, full-time role partners with cross-functional teams to ensure market readiness, adoption, and operational execution.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in go-to-market strategy and product marketing, with proven ability to translate strategy into actionable execution across channels, sales enablement, and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive go-to-market or product marketing experience.
• Experience designing GTM strategy for net-new products and market entry.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable execution with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the integrated go-to-market strategy and launch plan with target audiences, messaging, channels, and milestones.
• Refine market positioning, buyer value props, and supporting tools to enable sales and awareness.
• Lead market activation, demand-generation campaigns, and partnerships to build qualified demand.
• Develop sales enablement resources, case studies, and reference materials to support growth.
• Translate feedback into GTM decisions and adjust priorities and investments.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies/partners to execute the GTM plan.
• Define measures, operating rhythms, and KPIs to evaluate performance and drive improvements.
• Continuously optimize the GTM approach for scalable growth.
