Job summary

Nelnet is seeking a GTM Launch Manager to orchestrate go-to-market strategies for new products and initiatives. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure market readiness, adoption, and scalable execution.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, launch planning, and revenue growth, with remote flexibility in the United States and a focus on education technology and B2B/government-like environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in go-to-market strategy, product marketing, product launch, growth marketing, commercialization, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience designing and executing the go-to-market strategy for a net-new product, including target audiences, positioning, channels, programs, resources, and measures of success.
• Experience taking a new product from pre-launch through market entry and establishing a repeatable GTM approach to support growth.
• Deep understanding of positioning, messaging, demand generation, sales enablement, customer advocacy, events, partnerships, channels, and measurement in an integrated GTM strategy.
• Proven ability to evaluate a market opportunity and translate strategy into execution.
• Experience leveraging internal teams, agencies, contractors, and other external partners to execute GTM.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills with influence across teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the integrated go-to-market strategy and launch plan, defining target audiences, positioning, channels, programs, priorities, resources, milestones, and measures of success.
• Develop and refine market positioning, messaging, buyer value propositions, competitive differentiation, and supporting tools to create awareness and enable sales.
• Design and drive market activation and demand-generation approaches, including campaigns, conferences, partnerships, and channel initiatives.
• Build sales enablement and market-facing resources to support growth, including case studies, references, and procurement support.
• Translate customer and market feedback into GTM decisions to refine messaging and priorities.
• Determine internal/external capabilities needed to execute GTM and manage agencies/partners.
• Define measures and operating rhythm to evaluate GTM performance and adjust investments.
• Continuously evaluate GTM approach to build a repeatable, scalable growth engine.
