Job summary

Nelnet is seeking an experienced GTM Launch Manager to lead go-to-market strategy and launch plans for new products and initiatives. You will coordinate with product, sales, marketing, and partners to ensure market readiness and scalable execution.

You will design positioning, messaging, and demand-generation programs while building sales enablement resources and managing agencies and contractors. A strong cross-functional leader with 7+ years in GTM roles will thrive in this remote, full-time

Qualifications

7+ years of go-to-market strategy, product marketing, or related roles.
Proven design and execution of GTM for net-new products and market entry.
Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to influence without authority.
Experience coordinating with internal teams, agencies, contractors, and partners.

Responsibilities

Design and own the integrated GTM strategy and launch plan with target audiences, messaging, channels, and measures.
Develop market positioning, buyer value propositions, and competitive differentiation.
Drive market activation, demand generation, and channel mix to build awareness and qualified demand.
Build sales enablement and market-facing resources to support growth with case studies, references, and procurement support.
Translate feedback into GTM decisions and refine messages, programs, and priorities.
