Job summary

Gong is seeking a GTM AI Engineer to design, build, and ship AI-powered infrastructure and workflows that boost productivity for revenue teams. You will work end-to-end—from concept to production—on systems that turn data into actionable outcomes, including automated outreach using AI features and call activity insights.

You will collaborate with Ops, Analytics, Product, and IT to own internal surfaces and data foundations, shaping AI tooling on an early-stage team with high executive visibility.

Qualifications

• Background in software / data engineering, data science, applied AI/ML, or technical consulting, with hands-on delivery experience.
• Demonstrated experience shipping AI tools or workflows to production, not just demos.
• Comfort building internal-facing tools with productivity impact on internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered infrastructure, workflows, and internal tools that increase productivity across GTM teams
• Take initiatives from concept through production and continued iteration, not just prototyping
• Partner with Ops, Analytics, Product, and IT teams owning data foundations and AI tooling
• Identify friction in GTM workflows and propose AI-driven solutions to remove it
• Collaborate with field teams and subject-matter experts
