Qualifications

• 4–6 years in Revenue Operations or Business/Product roles, or 2–4 years in AI-focused startups.
• Experience building automated systems that boost productivity or revenue.
• Comfort with AI tools and automation to aid GTM workflows.
• Experience linking GTM systems to commercial impact.

Responsibilities

• Support GTM AI Strategy: assist roadmap, use case selection, and change mgmt.
• Build and deploy AI-driven workflows to speed GTM processes and sales output.
• Partner cross-functionally with RevOps and GTM leaders to spot automation opportunities.
• Define evaluation frameworks for prompt reliability, latency, cost, and impact.
• Connect Salesforce and GTM tools to the data warehouse for AI insights.
• Assist in model/vendor evaluation to enable scalable AI tools.
• Support rollout of AI initiatives with clear ownership and training.
• Scale reusable automation patterns across teams with guardrails.
