Job summary

Gong is seeking a GTM Engineer to design, build, and own automations, AI agents, and internal tools powering Gong’s go-to-market organization.

You will join the GTM Automations & Data team within Revenue Operations and help define how this discipline scales at Gong. You’ll ship production automations across Sales, SDR, Customer Success, and Partnerships, with measurable impact on pipeline and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years building automations, internal tools, or production software.
• Builds with code (Python, TypeScript, or similar). API/webhook fluency, version control, demonstrable work.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered workflows and agents across the GTM lifecycle.
• Evolve automation portfolio from rules toward agentic logic with guardrails and audits.
• Build and scale production automations across the revenue stack (Workato, code).
• Own reliability through observability, retries, and safe failure paths.
• Design and ship internal applications using AI-native web stacks.
• Build using Gong's platform for internal AI capabilities and prototypes.
• Ship builds with instrumentation and measure business outcomes (pipeline, conversion, productivity).
• Embed with Sales, SDR, Customer Success, and Marketing; document changes clearly.
