The Bolton Group is seeking a GTM Engineer / AI Automation specialist to empower our Sales and Business Development teams. This remote role prioritizes candidates in Eastern and Central time zones, but applicants from all time zones will be considered.

• CRM data hygiene and data governance are essential.
• Experience automating the sales lifecycle where possible.
• Hands-on with AI and workflow automation tools (Clay, n8n, Make, Apollio, HubSpot, ChatGPT, Claude).
• Ability to strategize with senior leadership.
• Passion for AI technology and staying ahead of trends.
• Experience in a remote, high-performance environment is preferred.
• Experience in B2B sales is a plus.

The Bolton Group is working with a middle-market industrial company to hire a GTM Engineer / AI Automation subject matter expert to support their growing Sales and Business Development teams. This person must have the following skill sets:

• Be the "CEO of the CRM" - data hygiene is imperative
• Proven ability to automate processes of the Sales lifecycle when possible.
• Hands on epxerience with various AI and workflow automation tools (Clay n8n, Make, Apollio, HubSpot, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
• Ability to strategize with senior leadership
• Someone who is genuinely passionate about this technology and is always chasing the next new thing.
• Ability to work in a high-performing caliber in a remote position. Priority for Eastern and Central candidates, but all time zones will be considered.
• Previous experience in a B2B Sales position a big plus; you know the lifecycle.
