Job summary

ScaleOps in the United States is seeking an AI Engineer to join remotely. You will work with GTM teams (Sales, SEs, Customer Success, Marketing) to map workflows, identify automation opportunities, and ship AI agents on our platform.

You will build integrations with Salesforce, Gong, Slack, and Google Workspace, tailor prompts and evals, and help GTM users adopt AI-assisted processes. Strong communication and a product mindset are essential; Hebrew is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as software or AI engineer
• Hands-on with Claude and ChatGPT for real results
• Experience with APIs and CRM integrations
