Job summary

UserTesting is seeking a Senior Enablement Manager to own GTM deal stages and full customer relationship management from demos to renewals. You will lead enablement programs across Sales, Solution Consulting, and Customer Success with a practical, hands-on approach.

You'll partner with GTM leaders, utilize performance insights, and bring an AI mindset to improve how teams learn, prepare, sell, and support customers. This is a high-visibility role influencing strategy and execution.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, Solution Consulting, Enablement, or a similar GTM role with meaningful customer-facing experience.
• Hands-on experience with critical deal motions: demos, negotiation, pricing conversations, turning experience into scalable enablement.
• Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle: mutual action plans, QBRs, renewals, upsell, expansion motions.
• Ability to identify performance needs and translate interactions into enablement solutions.

• Own enablement strategies for demos, pricing, and negotiation across deal moments.
• Strengthen customer lifecycle execution with mutual action plans and consistent experience.
• Drive renewals, QBRs, and expansion motions with sales and CS teams.
• Use field insights to improve GTM performance and coaching.
• Lead scalable product and GTM enablement, keeping teams updated on capabilities and tools.
• Advance an AI-enabled approach to GTM and practical applications for teams.
• Influence broader Enablement strategy with leadership on onboarding and ongoing training needs.
