Job summary

Go-to-Market Enablement Manager at vCluster Labs will build the enablement function from scratch, shaping learning paths, certifications, onboarding cohorts, and ongoing skill development for the GTM team across the US, EMEA, and APAC. You will extract technical content from engineering, product, and the field to create structured, repeatable programs.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in sales or field enablement for tech products sold to developers and engineers.
• Ability to design and launch end-to-end enablement programs from scratch.
• Strong collaboration with product and marketing to source and shape content.
• Comfort leading cross-functional content partnerships and driving buy‑in.
• Experience building structured onboarding cohorts and ramp programs.
• Data-driven with ability to measure ramp time, cert completion, and win-rate impact.
