Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a GTM Execution Lead to design and run field training for a full Revenue organization in a fully remote role. You will define durable training rituals, measurement, and a scalable framework that supports AEs, CSMs, AMs, and BDRs, with occasional travel for team events.

You will partner with Revenue and Product Marketing to identify gaps, translate priorities into practical programs, and build coaching and leadership pathways to drive measurable improvements in revenue

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in revenue enablement, sales training, sales leadership, or related GTM roles.
• Experience enabling multiple Revenue audiences including AEs, CSMs, AMs, BDRs, and managers.
• Strong ability to connect training work to commercial outcomes and revenue priorities.
• Excellent live facilitation, feedback, and program management skills.
• Willingness to build with AI to improve practice while maintaining human judgment.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver a practical field-training system for AEs, CSMs, AMs, and BDRs.
• Facilitate live trainings, workshops, role-plays, and manager sessions with credibility.
• Partner with Revenue and Product Marketing to diagnose execution gaps and translate priorities into repeatable programs.
• Create coaching and mentorship programs to develop talent and peer-learning loops.
• Develop learning paths for multiple Revenue audiences and leader-facing curricula.
• Use data and feedback to measure effectiveness and adjust training accordingly.
• Apply AI thoughtfully to increase speed, quality, and personalization of training.
