Job summary

ClickUp is seeking a GTM DevOps Engineer to own the reliability, automation, and delivery infrastructure behind our GTM tech stack.

You will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce, NetSuite, MuleSoft, and Workato, and extend practices to AI agent workloads on GCP Cloud Run and AWS Bedrock As the infrastructure and deployment owner, you will ensure scalable, observable, and secure runtimes across GTM systems, partnering with Business Systems, architects, and stakeholders to uphold

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering role.
• 2+ years deploying Salesforce environments (SFDX, Salesforce CLI, scratch orgs, sandboxes, change sets, or pipelines).
• Experience with at least one GTM/ERP platform (NetSuite, MuleSoft, Workato) in deployment/operations.
• Hands-on experience building/maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Copado).
• Hands-on experience with GCP services (Cloud Run, Cloud Scheduler, Cloud Secret Manager, Artifact Registry, GCS).
• Experience with AWS services (Lambda, S3, SQS, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch).
• Experience managing containerized workloads, image lifecycle, vulnerability scanning, and supply chain security.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for GTM platforms and AI workloads on GCP Cloud Run and AWS Bedrock AgentCore.
• Implement safe rollout patterns with feature toggles, phased launches, validation, and rollback procedures.
• Own SLA/SLO definitions and standardize monitoring, alerting, and runbooks for GTM systems.
• Conduct RCA for platform incidents and drive post-incident reviews with remediation plans.
• Manage sandbox, staging, and production lifecycles across GTM platforms with IaC practices.
