Job summary

DigitalOcean is seeking a Senior GTM Engineer to own project work across the GTM stack, including Salesforce, iPaaS integrations, and AI-powered workflows. You will handle tier 2 escalations, design solutions with the TPM, and drive data flows from Snowflake to Salesforce and downstream tools.

You’ll collaborate with vendors, contribute to architecture decisions, and mentor teammates while delivering end-to-end implementations that reduce escalations and improve automation across the GTM

Qualifications

5+ years building GTM and revenue systems.
Deep Salesforce knowledge (flows, data model, permissions) and two other GTM tools.
Strong integration experience with iPaaS tools and/or APIs.
Hands-on AI applications to systems work and automation.
SQL and warehouse concepts; data quality tracing from source to destination.

Responsibilities

Deliver cross-tool GTM projects from design to rollout and enablement.
Handle tier 2 escalations, trace root causes, and ship durable fixes.
Build and maintain integrations using iPaaS/APIs and data flows.
Develop AI-powered workflows and agents across the stack.
