Job summary

InvestNext is seeking a GTM Engineer who will own data, systems, and processes behind the commercial engine. Sitting in the Commercial team, you will set direction for core metrics, ensure Salesforce is the system of record, and drive reporting, forecasting, and data quality with a strong emphasis on change management and adoption across Sales, Marketing, CX, and Finance.

You will build trusted analytics, integrate tools, and enable teams with end-to-end data solutions.

Qualifications

• Ability to act as a consultant to understand stakeholder needs and drive change.
• Track record in data governance: metrics, segments, deduplication.
• Experience owning data enrichment and evaluating providers.
• Experience building pipeline forecasts and leadership reporting.
• Disciplined approach to releasing changes with testing and communication.
• Experience building multi-system architecture with cost and complexity considerations.
• Extensive Salesforce experience including development, integrations, data structure, reports.
• Proven use of automation tools to streamline workflows.
• Experience managing vendor relationships, procurement, renewals.
• Comfort working independently with autonomy.
• Experience using AI tools to solve operational problems at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own metric definitions and source of truth; maintain dictionary and publish home for metrics.
• Own data quality; reconcile with other tools and publish monthly data-quality scorecard.
• Design how sales, marketing, CX, and finance systems work together for clean data flow.
• Run data enrichment to set minimum enrichment standards and manage providers.
• Build self-serve dashboards on clean data for reporting and forecasting.
• Participate in Commercial leadership discussions with insights and recommendations.
• Identify and share unique insights to drive accountability and improvement.
• Design end-user workflows; train users and own launch plans for new tools.
• Test changes in sandbox; ensure proper communications and training.
• Own intake and prioritization; align work with commercial impact.
• Architect the tech stack and stay alert for new tools to optimize value.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day blockers and improve processes to prevent recurrence.
