Job summary

InvestNext, Inc. is building a data-driven Commercial function and seeks a GTM Engineer to own the data, systems, and processes behind the commercial engine. You will define core metrics, clean data, and establish Salesforce as the trusted system of record to enable reliable reporting and forecasting.

You will lead change management, consult stakeholders, and drive adoption across Sales, Marketing, and CX. The role sits in the Commercial team, reporting to the CCO, with broad autonomy to shape

Qualifications

• Track record in defining metrics and customer segments.
• Experience owning data enrichment and enrichment standards.
• Experience building pipeline forecasts and leadership reporting.
• Strong Salesforce experience with reports and dashboards.
• Experience launching new tools and driving adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own metric definitions and the source of truth, including a published data dictionary.
• Make Salesforce the system of record for commercial data and publish a monthly data-quality scorecard.
• Design data flows between sales, marketing, CX, and finance tools; collaborate with Finance on revenue data."
• Set minimum data enrichment standards and manage providers; enable reps with accurate lists for prospecting and selling.
• Build self-serve dashboards on clean data and forecast reporting for leadership.
• Act as a consultant to stakeholders and lead change management for new tools.
• Prioritize work with leadership based on commercial impact.
