Job summary

Fleetio is seeking a GTM Systems Administrator to own and optimize the GTM data stack, including Clay, ZoomInfo, RingLead, LeanData, Zapier, and Slack integrations. You’ll partner with Salesforce admins and GTM stakeholders to ensure accurate data, automated routing, and clean reporting across revenue systems.

The role is hands-on, requiring systems thinking, data problem solving, and operational excellence to improve automation while maintaining governance and data quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in GTM or revenue systems
• Hands-on with Salesforce-connected GTM tools
• Experience with data enrichment and deduplication
• Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize GTM data systems (Clay, ZoomInfo, RingLead, LeanData, Zapier)
• Manage data enrichment, routing, and governance workflows
