Job summary

Softdocs is seeking a GTM Engineer to own the strategy, systems, integrations, and data infrastructure behind our go-to-market motions. You will sit within the marketing team and collaborate with SDR, marketing operations, and content to scale outbound activities.

You will automate outbound with tools like Clay, Outreach, Apollo, and Zapier, build dashboards, and ensure data integrity across the funnel while tracking marketing performance end-to-end.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing and/or revenue operations, growth engineering, or a similar GTM systems role with evidence of pipeline growth success.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce, including custom fields, workflows, and data architecture
• Experience with Clay for data enrichment and outbound workflow automation
• Experience with Outreach or a comparable sales engagement platform
• Familiarity with Zapier or similar iPaaS tools
• Ability to integrate AI tools into daily operations
• Strong understanding of marketing attribution models
• Comfort working with APIs, webhooks, and data mapping between systems
• Fluency with spreadsheets, SQL, or BI tools to validate data and report on performance

Responsibilities

• Automate outbound efforts via email, LinkedIn, and other channels using Clay, Outreach, Apollo, Zapier to augment SDRs.
• Identify web traffic, ad interactions, and third-party intent data to nurture leads into conversion; partner with performance marketing for tracking.
• Own the GTM marketing stack, including data integrity and integrations.
• Build and maintain attribution models to track marketing performance across the funnel from first touch to closed revenue.
• Use Clay to build enrichment, scoring, and prospecting workflows.
• Build dashboards and reporting to track campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and channel efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive GTM processes using Zapier, APIs, or custom scripts; suggest new tools to keep stack current.
