Marqeta is seeking a GTM Analytics Manager to lead high-visibility analytics across the revenue lifecycle, including pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics. You will partner with Sales, Delivery, and RevOps to translate questions into data-driven recommendations and build self-service dashboards.

You’ll also drive process improvements, leverage AI tools to automate reporting, and mentor others in analytics discipline. This role is remote within Canada with flexible first approach.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of Fintech or payments analytics experience in Sales/Revenue Operations or GTM analytics.
• Advanced SQL and dashboard/report development in Tableau and Looker.
• Track record delivering end-to-end analytics projects with minimal guidance.
• Strong data storytelling skills translating analysis to recommendations.
• Established credibility as a cross-functional partner with stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Own high-visibility analytics across pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics.
• Design and build strategic self-service dashboards (Pipeline, Activity, Customer data).
• Reduce ad-hoc reporting by creating reusable data models and templates for power users.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Partner Ops, and RevOps to streamline forecasting and delivery.
• Incorporate AI-assisted workflows to automate reporting and data hygiene.
