Job summary

Marqeta is seeking a GTM Engineer to build and operate the systems powering our go-to-market motion. You will architect enrichment, scoring, and signal pipelines in Clay, extend them with AI tooling, and connect to Apollo, Marketo, Salesforce, Demandbase, Gong, and other marketing tech.

This role sits in Marketing Operations and bridges Marketing, Demand Gen, Sales, and RevOps. Remote-friendly within national locations, you’ll translate GTM strategy into technical requirements, design complex

Qualifications

Proven experience building GTM tech stacks.
Hands-on Clay platform development incl. audiences, workflows.
Experience with AI tooling and agent orchestration.
Proficiency with Salesforce/Marketo or similar marketing stacks.

Responsibilities

Translate GTM strategy into technical requirements and implement scalable pipelines.
Design and maintain multi-step Clay tables, enrichment, and scoring workflows.
Build agents for sales/marketing actions from signals and events.
Operate GTM workflows across PPC/ads and ensure data quality and version control.
Measure outbound performance and iterate on scoring and messaging.
