Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Staff GTM Analyst to interrogate metrics, trace data through the warehouse, and turn findings into action. You will build semantic layers and guardrails for self-service analytics, partnering with GTM leadership and the Lead Analytics Engineer.

You are an experienced analyst with 8+ years in technical analytics, fluent in GTM data, and capable of translating complex questions into measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on, highly technical analytics experience.
• Experience building models in dbt and translating insights into actions.
• Strong ability to interrogate data across Snowflake, Segment, Amplitude, GA4.
• Able to lead cross-functional audiences and drive data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Make GTM data trustworthy by defining metrics and reconciling sources.
• Explain discrepancies and forecast impact to leadership.
• Help decide next steps and model tradeoffs for decisions.
• Own outcomes and shepherd the team to data-driven fixes.
• Define the next era of data at the company.
