Vertex, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Analyst to join the Global Go-to-Market Operations team. You will deliver analytics, build dashboards, and create automation to support planning, forecasting, and commercial execution.

The role emphasizes translating data into actionable insights, working with finance and IT, and sharing reusable solutions across regions. A strong BI/data modeling background and SaaS experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight (8) years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, or commercial analytics.
• Experience with pipeline, forecasting, recurring revenue, and commercial processes.
• Hands-on BI and data modeling, dashboards, data analysis, and result validation.
• Experience using workflow automation and AI tools to improve business processes.
• Ability to translate business questions into practical solutions and collaborate with technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with commercial stakeholders to understand needs and deliver analytics and automation initiatives.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and models supporting planning, pipeline management, forecasting, and execution.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities and translate analysis into insights and recommendations.
• Develop workflow automations and AI-assisted solutions with tech specialists.
• Validate outputs, document logic, and support testing and adoption.
• Collaborate with Finance, Data & Analytics, IT, and regional ops to ensure consistent metrics.
• Share reusable solutions across regions and track efficiency improvements.
