Qualifications

• 1–3 years in revenue, sales, or marketing operations, analytics, or a similarly analytical role.
• Strong data skills; fluent in spreadsheets; SQL a plus.
• CRM experience (Attio, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
• Sharp attention to detail with a low tolerance for bad data.
• Proactive and organized; you spot problems before you're asked.
• Comfort in a fast-moving, build-it-yourself environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRM and GTM tooling: keep the data clean, the pipeline accurate, and the reporting trustworthy
• Build the dashboards and analysis that show how the funnel is actually performing
• Support forecasting, pipeline reviews, and the operating cadence of the GTM team
• Find and fix the friction in our sales and marketing process, and automate what repeats
• Turn messy data into clear answers for the founders and the GTM team
