Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a GTM Business Intelligence Analyst to help define and report on key metrics that drive executive decision-making. You will analyze GTM performance and support the ongoing development and refinement of executive dashboards to measure what matters.

Reporting to Global Business Operations and the GTM Analytics Program lead, you will collaborate across Finance, Sales, and Operations on automation and process improvements, with opportunities to lead special projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years in business or technical roles.
• Proficiency in SQL; Python or R for data analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools, preferably Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Support Executive Dashboard & Analytics Development—improve dashboards and align metrics with business value.
• Assist with Process Enhancement & Automation to simplify and automate workflows.
• Lead or support Special Projects across global operations, sales, finance and related functions.
