Job summary

Honeywell Technologies seeks a skilled GTAC engineer to provide remote support for the HPS System and Infrastructure line. You will work in a global team, resolve customer cases, and engage with customers to meet SLA targets. Occasional site visits may be required for critical investigations.

The role requires deep product knowledge, strong communication, and collaboration with Honeywell developers and regional stakeholders to ensure timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in electronics, chemical, instrumentation or process technologies.
• 6+ years of experience with TPS and TPN product family and related architecture including Honeywell TDC-3000/TDC-2000.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote support and services remotely and effectively.
• Execute GTAC and other standard audit checklists and report to regional stakeholders.
• Proactively manage and respond to customer questions, issues, and input within SLA timing.
• Maintain strong case documentation and ensure technical recommendations resolve issues.
• Communicate proactively with customers and Honeywell Developers to resolve issues.
• Detect and report product defects on supported products and share knowledge with the team.
